ABOUT:
On Thursday, February 28th, 2013, Alumbra Nights takes over one of the hottest venues on the U Street Corridor to host the first ever “Without Borders Fest!”

At Alumbra and Apuesta por el Rock we believe music is a universal language without borders and by bringing international artists to perform alongside our local DC talent we hope to show that music can transcend language and varying musical styles.
